Issue Description 

When trying to open an Analyst Reporter 3.0.1 XML Template in Microsoft Office 2007 SP1 or greater you receive the error message

Resolution 

Unfortunately only Microsoft Word 2003 or 2007 without any updates can be used to edit reporter XML templates for use with reporter 3.0.1.
