Answer

To include only the data associated with the quantifier ion in a report, rather than include information on both the qualifier and quantifier ions for a particular analyte, both of the transitions need to be grouped together in the quantitation method first. Then in a report template, use the For Each AnalyteGroup loop around the information to be reported (see example).
For the example below, only the calculated concentration for the quantifier ion will appear in the report output. User-added image
Please be aware, that there is the following component naming convention:
There must be a unique component name start: 'Zoplidem 1' and 'Zoplidem Carboxylic Acid 1' will not associate and group properly. Starting with a lower case or switching to 'Carboxylic Acid Zoplidem 1' will resolve this.
In addition each quantifier component name must contain '<space>1' as ending, e.g. 'Zoplidem 1'. A missing space will result in not grouping properly, too.
