Reporter gives an error on Analyst 1.6.x workstation Unexpected error has occurred

Issue Description

When you choose to run reporter on a processing workstation the following error pops up. ‘Unexpected error has occurred.  Retrieving the COM class factory for components with CLSID …’.

Resolution 

The workstation is running a Windows 7 64 bit OS which is not compatible with the installed version of reporter.  The PC must be re imaged to a Windows 7 32 bit OS or the 64 bit compatible version of Analyst installed.
