sMRM Calculator in Analyst® shows error 'unable to load method'

Issue Description

Immediately after starting the sMRM calculator script in Analyst®, this error message appears although no method has been loaded:

 

Resolution

To use the sMRM calculator, the single user mode must be active in the security settings of Analyst®. To change this double click on ‘Security Configuration’, click the ‘More’ button and select the ‘Security’ tab.

Select ‘Single User Mode’, click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’.
Restart Analyst.
