Answer

To resolve the error "You do not have the correct SCIEX OS role permissions to access this product" in SCIEX OS software, the software needs to be opened under the Windows user login that the software was installed under. Once SCIEX OS is launched, navigate to the Configuration module and add the user account to SCIEX OS software.
