When setting up an optimization experiment in DiscoveryQuant™ software, the minimum number of cycles needed to obtain quality optimizations is two. The number of cycles can be set in the Timing tab in the Experiment Settings screen. The number of cycles can be adjusted in the Cycles in Retention Width section at the bottom of the screen.
