Answer
In SCIEX OS software, one of the columns available in a results table created in the Analytics module is the Signal / Noise column, which shows an estimate of the ratio of the peak height for the detected peak to the noise present in the chromatogram. For peaks integrated with the AutoPeak integration algorithm, the noise is estimated using the calculated relative noise and the baseline at the peak apex position. Those peaks integrated with the MQ4 algorithm use a similar approach, except that the baseline is estimated using the entire chromatogram.
