In Analyst® Device Driver, when adding or changing a CTC PAL3 autosampler configuration, the Retrieve Configuration command must be performed in the Configure mode in the CTC PAL3 LC sampler dialog. This command will retrieve the latest configuration for the autosampler, and it can be used if there is an accidental physical interference with the autosampler as well. In this case, if the hardware profile is active at the time of an accidental interference, then the profile must be deactivated and then activated again after the recovery Retrieve Configuration is successful.
