Where Are ProteinPilot™ Software Logs Located on Windows XP or Win7?

Older versions of ProteinPilot™ software could only be installed on older operating systems such as Windows XP or Windows 7. For example, ProteinPilot software versions 2.0 - 4.0 were compatible with Windows XP. To install ProteinPilot software 4.0 on Windows 7, a patch was required. With version 4.5 beta, ProteinPilot software could be on Windows 7 without a patch.

The log files for these older versions for ProteinPilot software, 2.0 - 4.0, can be located at C:\Applied Biosystems MDS Sciex\ProteinPilot Data\Temp.
