MzMLおよびMzXML形式に変換するためのProteowizardツール（http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/downloads.shtml）が、SCIEX OS 1.2および1.3で作成されたWIFF2ファイルで動作することが確認されました。

Hello SCIEX team, could you verify if this is still true? I'm using SCIEX OS 3.4 for acquisition, but I can't get ProteoWizard/MSConvert to read my WIFF2 file. I can write mzML from the .wiff file, either using MSConvert or the MS Converter v.1.3.1; however, the charge state information doesn't seem to be captured in the mzML file. Thanks for your advice!
