Answer

BioPharmaView™ software checks the first sample's data file, and if the data for the first sample is corrupted, then the data for the subsequent samples cannot be opened at all. 

A JIRA BPV-5193 for "Feature Request - possibility to open file where first run is corrupted" was created in October 2018 for BioPharmaView software 3.0. The feature request was not implemented in  BioPharmaView software 3.0.1, but it will be implemented in future versions.
