Answer
If the checksum invalid error appears while trying to process data with MultiQuant™ MD software, this indicates that the data was not previously acquired with checksum feature turned on in Analyst® MD software. If data is acquired with checksum off, the data file cannot be processed with MultiQuant MD software.
