In general, users should open Audit Trail archives with the same version of the software that was used to create the archive where possible. Due to changes in the database components used in the Analyst software, it is possible that users could experience difficulties if they attempt to open audit trail archives with a newer version of software than the software used to create the archive. If you, or a customer, are not able to use an older version of the software to open an archive, please contact Support (http://sciex.com/support) for guidance.
