If the dilution factor is not set correctly in an Analyst® software results table, the calculated concentration values for samples of known concentration will be incorrect.
No, the loops, ForEachSample and ForEachVisibleSample, cannot be used within the same SCIEX OS software report template. Similarly, ForEachAnalyte and ForEachVisibleAnalyte cannot be used together in the same report template.
If the MultiQuant™ software error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" appears when creating a report, then the report template was not selected in the Create Report dialog. A LIMS template is used to transfer data from a MultiQuant™ software results table to a LIMS system. The LIMS template is a comma delimited file with the fields to be output listed across the top of the report. Each field in the template should be separated by a comma.

To change the integration parameter used in a quantitative processing method in the Analytics module of SCIEX OS Software, select the Projects menu, and under the Projects default settings, select Quantitative Processing > Integration Defaults > Integration Algorithm.
