Customers can continue to use Analyst software after the retirement date. Existing workflows will continue to function as long as the setup remains unchanged. However, you may encounter compatibility issues over time because Analyst software is not supported on Windows 11 or future operating systems. For a future-ready solution, SCIEX OS software version 4.0 is compatible with Windows 11 LTSC 2024 and is designed to help your lab stay current and compliant.

We are currently developing a software solution that will meet the critical needs of our Analyst MD software customers. The release of this solution is region dependent. More updates will be provided.

Existing data and methods

We understand how important historical data is to your (and your lab’s) work. To ensure long-term access, we recommend saving and archiving your data before Analyst software reaches its end-of-life.

To support the transition of your established methods, SCIEX OS software offers a MS Method Conversion Tool that helps transfer most methods from Analyst software to SCIEX OS software. This tool streamlines the process and minimizes the need for manual transfer. All methods should be revalidated in accordance with your internal validation protocols to ensure alignment with quality standards. Our technical support team can offer assistance with method adaptation and workflow continuity.

When switching to a new software platform, minor differences may be observed. All methods should be revalidated in accordance with your internal validation protocols to ensure transferred methods are working as expected.
