make 'Activate Software' available via 'My Software'

it would be more intuitive to find the 'Activate Software' functionality via 'My Software' on the left sidebar. 

I always made the mistake to use 'Register Software' instead of 'Activate Software'. Would be good to have a help text to explain the difference between the two functionalities next to it.
