Knowledge Articles should contain hashtags and recommndations for similar articels

We have a growing number of knowledge base articels (KBA). 

It would be great, if they would contain hashtags/keywords and if customer would see a list of related KBAs. It would also simplify the search for relevant KBAs and enable "KBA surfing" (comparable to recommended vidoes in e.g. Youtube)
