MGF converter in Peak View V. 2.2


I would like to add the MGF convertor tools in the latest version on the peak view 2.2  similiar it used to have in older verson 1.2. I think it is very good tool to convert  .wiff in to processing format for other software.

    Hi Faraz, You can use the SCIEX data converter software with command line. This can be  downloaded for free here .
