Auto identify higher area ion as quantitative ions and lower area as qualitative ions

Could we auto identify higher area ion as quantitative ions and lower area as qualitative ions？ Because the ion ratio is always shown >1 after setting grouped. The customers have to change ion channel manually, and then the ion ratio is shown <1 correctly.
