Updated SWATH micro-app in PeakView

The current software (SWATH micro app in PeakView) is buggy, slow, and not the easiest to use. Updated with non-linear fit alignment, library merging and better visualisation tools on the quality would improve the experience significantly.  While there are tools in OneOmics, they are cloud based (its strength is also its weakness for data control) with a very fiddly file system (experiment, extraction, assembly, workspace methods all need to be created to process the whole data) and the download of specific information (like newly combined libraries) does not appear to be there.
