In DiscoveryQuant, integrate additional information into the Wiff file

When non-Sciex duplexing systems are used, some of the sample information is stored in DiscoveryQuant files and is not embedded into the wiff files proper. It would be really great for our customers running these systems if we could have this information embedded into the wiff files so Sciex OS-MQ could read this information on a per sample injection basis when all injections are collected in a single wiff file with only one injection as far as the acquisition software knows.
