Improve processing performance of MultiQuant 3.0.3

Hi I have been using MultiQuant software for 7years  to process large sets of MRM data (>200MRM/injection) very fast (<5hours) concidering sometime I was processing over 100 samples per batch. Last year we upgraded our hardware platofrm to 6600 triple TOF platfrom to takre advantage of the high resolution and complementary detection of the TOF analyser in combination with the SWATH acquisition. Admittedly the acquired data set now is far bigger that the MRM platform and Multiquant straggles to process such large data sets (>25GB). It takes over 10hours now to process and review the data. I have laso upgraded the processing PC using a SSD drive connected directly to motherboard, 32Gb RAM, with 24*2 CPU (Xeon E5-2630 2.3GHz) opearating on Windows10. Clearly there is no lack of processing power on the hardware. On the same processing hardware set up I evaluated SCIEX OS to compare the speed of the data process and there was not any improvement compare to MultiQuant. I have communicated this issue to the local SCIEX reps too and hoping to get some ideas how the speed of the data process can be improved.
