Add ability to use switching CDS as a switching valve within Analyst TF

The 6600 does not come with an in-built switching valve, which for the bioanalytical community is a valubale tool in avoiding unnecessary contamination of the instrument by diverting LC flow to waste when analytes of interest are not eluting. When a 6600 is purchased with the CDS, the required hardware for diverting flow to waste is actually added to the system, however there is no option to toggle the 2-position, 6-port valve within the acquisition method at a user-specified time.
