Enable SciexOS to receive and run MultiQuant Queries

For our custom Query, several months of development went into designing and validating it for quick and powerful data processing using MultiQuant. After exploring the SciexOS feature to create custom columns into the processing method, the translation and validation of the existing query from Query-MQ to CustomColumns-SciexOS would be onerous.

The more complex the query, the more onerous the translation/validation would become.
