Allow better data pipeiine support for wiff and wiff2 files

As an academic researcher, I need to have a data file format that can be fed into our custom pipelines. Having to manually load and convert wiff and wiff2 files can take a long time and be a barrier to our use of your instruments.

Options could be included to allow direct conversion of wiff files to common formats such as mzXML, mzML or other formats or SCIEX creating an “official” tool to export data in these formats.
