Detect milk and egg allergens in baked goods using LC/MS/MS

The Sciex iMethod™ Application for allergens is a robust LC/MS/MS method for the detection of milk and egg allergens (identified through the characteristic peptide markers) in baked goods. The iMethod Application contains three tests to allow for allergen identification through MRM ratios or through library-matching of full-scan MS/MS spectra using a QTRAP Series instrument.
