A robust method was developed using SCIEX QTRAP® 4500 for the quantification of Aflatoxin M1 in milk. The method was validated as per the European commission, where the regression coefficient is greater than 0.99 and the % CV at the LOQ and LOD level is below 5 %.

A LC-MS / MS method was developed for the determination of three genotoxic impurities in linezolid injection using SCIEX triple quadtm 4500 system. The linear range of the three impurities is good, and the correlation coefficient r is more than 0.999. The recoveries of three impurities were more than 90%. The results showed that the sensitivity, reproducibility and recovery of the method fully meet the requirements of the regulations for the detection of three impurities.Character Limit
